The BEAVER CITY PLAZA is an Equal Housing Opportunity apartment complex open for all adults and small families. The PLAZA offers affordable rents based on income.

The one-bedroom units with 575 square feet of space each have a private entrance, a living room, a small dining room, a kitchen with electric range, garbarge disposal and refridgerator, and a bedroom with genererous closet and storage space. Electric heat and air conditioning are included in the rent. Very low cost cable TV is available.

Groundskeepers tend to yard work and snow removal. Individuals are welcome to tend small flower plots outside their own front doors. A larger garden area is also available.

The COMMUNITY CENTER of the Plaza is available to PLAZA residents on a first come--first served basic for private functions. Mail boxes and laundry facilities are available at the COMMUNITY CENTER.

There is a sytem of EMERGENCY LIGHTS with 2 trip cords in each apartment. The special hook-up is used to notify the sheriff's office when a resident needs help. The emergency needs may be either medical or  police matters. The system also activates a warning light just outside the apartment door.

The PLAZA grounds are well lighted for safety and there is ample parking.

Pets are allowed: dogs, cats, fish or birds. Dogs must not exceed 20 pounds.
